The Raya Urn, created in collaboration with Portland ceramicist Carson Culp, showcases a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern design. Carson, trained at the prestigious Leach Pottery in Cornwall, England, handcrafts each urn from white porcelain using a pottery wheel. The urn features a strong form with a delicately hand-patterned surface, and the interior is finished with a transparent celadon glaze. The exterior comes in two visually striking finishes: black oil spot glaze or transparent celadon glaze.

Each urn is inherently unique due to the handcrafted process, leading to slight variations in size and glazing. The lid can be permanently sealed with strong glue or temporarily secured with clear caulk, depending on your customer’s needs.
